1. Controller

2. What data we process and why

When you contact us

If you fill in the contact form, send an email, call, or reach out via LinkedIn, we process your name, contact details, the content of the communication and, where relevant, your company and position.

• Purpose: handling your enquiry and discussing possible cooperation.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for other business communication, our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and no longer than 2 years after the last communication if no contract is concluded. If we start working together, for the duration of the cooperation and the periods required by law.

When you visit the website

The server hosting the website automatically processes technical data with each request: IP address, time, requested page and browser information.

• Purpose: operating and securing the website.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention: only as long as necessary under the hosting provider's terms.

3. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own website and no third-party content is embedded. The LinkedIn link leads to a website of another operator, whose terms apply there.

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Only the following processors handle it:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting,
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): receiving contact form messages and delivering them to our mailbox,
• the email provider for the alpave.cz domain: the mailbox where messages are received.

Some processors handle data outside the EU (in particular in the USA). Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise your rights, email info@alpave.cz.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
